welcome to the Rennes 'bilan de compétences' free coaching project
After 14 years of working in Paris as a talent development specialist I’ve moved my office to Rennes… to find myself in quarantine.
It’s been a rough few months. We know that once this health crisis ends, the resulting economic crisis continues. And your employer is going to rely on you to help them recover financially. If you don’t currently feel comfortable with your soft skills – especially in English - I have an offer for you. As a soft skills specialist, I want to try a skill share experiment: I want to do a ‘bilan de compétences’ with you, in English. Each week for the duration of our quarantine in France – and maybe longer depending on the success of this experiment - I’m offering a 1-hour free remote coaching to 5 professionals randomly chosen from my list. If you’re in the Rennes Metropolitan area and interested in my skill share, fill-in the form attached to this video and choose which goal you’d like to focus on.
